Just a small post - yes, I am officially a home owner today. They rejected my first offer & approved my second. It's a townhome just off of Powers ~ really close to my school. 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, & now it's mine.
I am equally scared & excited. Now I have to furnish it...we'll see. Growing up is scary!

Scary....yes! But way more exciting! It will be great, wonderful, and fabulous....you will see. It is nice to be able to tell yourself what you want to do not having anyone else to worry about! Ah! the single life! Soak up every minute because you never know it could change in a flash!

I am so happy for you! I can't wait to see it- you have been a busy girl over spring break...:)
Just off of Powers!?!? Does this mean we're neighbors?!?! If so, we'll have to stop by this summer on one of our long walks. Better come visit you while we still live in the area..... =)
